About The Position
This role is for a Salesforce Software Engineer III within the Technology Solutions Line of Business. The position requires strong expertise in Salesforce development, architecture, and leadership, with a focus on delivering solutions for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The engineer will be responsible for technical leadership, stakeholder management, and ensuring the performance and security of Salesforce implementations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
- 3+ years in a Technical Lead or Solution Lead role.
- Strong expertise in Apex.
- Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Flow.
- Strong expertise in SOQL/SOSL.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Security Model.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce APIs and Integrations.
- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization.
- Experience with Git-based source control and CI/CD tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and guidance in Salesforce platform development.
- Develop and implement solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow.
- Design and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce Security Model best practices.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems using Salesforce APIs.
- Manage and optimize Salesforce governor limits and performance.
- Utilize Git-based source control and CI/CD tools for development and deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Contribute to Agile delivery processes.
- Perform data modeling and ensure security and compliance.
