Requirements

10+ years of IT and project/program management experience.
Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, release management, and data migration.
Experience leading Agile teams and managing distributed delivery models.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Nice To Haves

Salesforce and/or PMP certifications.
Experience with Consumer Goods Cloud and enterprise integration programs.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Salesforce program delivery from planning through go-live and hypercare.
Manage scope, budget, timelines, risks, and overall delivery governance.
Drive Agile delivery, including sprint planning, backlog management, and stakeholder reporting.
Oversee Salesforce releases, data migration, metadata deployment, and environment management.
Manage cross-functional teams across functional, technical, QA, and integration workstreams.
Coordinate dependencies across ERP, supply chain, order management, and data platforms.
Lead UAT, deployment planning, executive reporting, RAID management, and escalation processes.
Engage effectively with business and IT stakeholders in onshore/offshore delivery environments.
