About The Position
DSS is looking for a Salesforce Programmer Analyst to enhance and remediate defects in an application that is recently developed. The programmer analyst should have experience in developing Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components(LWC) to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements. The role emphasizes a configuration-first approach and requires experience with Copado CI/CD, writing unit tests, and collaborating with the devops team to debug and resolve issues. Additionally, the role involves contributing to technical documentation and utilizing Jira for documenting user stories, acceptance criteria, and design changes for defects and new stories.
Requirements
- 5 Years of experience with Jira
- 6 Years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
- 4 Years of experience with Copado
- 6 Years of experience with Salesforce Apex Class and LWC
Responsibilities
