The Production Operations Manager will lead a high-performing team responsible for end-user support, incident management, and defect triage across critical platforms including Salesforce, nCino, and PrecisionLender. This leader will provide strategic oversight of production operations, driving system stability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the support lifecycle. The role requires strong partnership and collaboration across a broad stakeholder landscape, including internal Product, Technology, Risk, and Business leaders, as well as external partners and vendors, to identify trends, prioritize enhancements, and deliver scalable solutions that improve user experience and platform performance. The Production Operations Manager will translate operational insights into data-driven recommendations, influencing enterprise decision-making and investment priorities.
