Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst on Salesforce-led programmes
- Strong understanding of Salesforce core clouds and platform capabilities
- Hands-on experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments
- Ability to engage confidently with senior business and technical stakeholders
- Experience delivering within complex, enterprise-scale Salesforce ecosystems
- Strong documentation, prioritisation, and decision-making skills
Nice To Haves
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, BA, PO) are a plus
Responsibilities
- Acting as the primary Product Owner for Salesforce programmes across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and platform capabilities
- Owning and managing the Salesforce product backlog, ensuring priorities align to business objectives and delivery roadmaps
- Translating business requirements into clear, well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria
- Partnering closely with Architects, Developers, Scrum Masters, and client stakeholders to drive delivery outcomes
- Leading backlog grooming, sprint planning, and refinement sessions within agile delivery teams
- Managing stakeholder expectations, scope, and dependencies across enterprise programmes
- Supporting UAT planning, execution, and sign-off to ensure solutions meet business needs
- Driving continuous improvement across Salesforce processes, automation, and user experience
