About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Salesforce Product Owner in the United States. This role is responsible for leading the analysis, optimization, and governance of sales processes within a Salesforce ecosystem. As Salesforce Product Owner, you will act as a strategic bridge between Sales, Marketing, Revenue, Customer Success, and Professional Services Operations, ensuring seamless, scalable, and efficient workflows across the sales lifecycle. You will translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories, prioritize development backlogs, and collaborate with technical teams to implement solutions. The position requires a deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, integrated sales tools, and process automation. This is a highly cross-functional role that directly impacts sales efficiency, pipeline visibility, and organizational performance, offering opportunities to work in a hybrid or fully remote environment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role focused on Salesforce and sales operations
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, including object relationships, process automation, and reporting
  • Proven ability to analyze and document complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with integrated sales tools such as Clari, Outreach, ChiliPiper, and Distribution Engine
  • High-level familiarity with CPQ and sales commission workflows
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in cross-functional environments
  • Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise user stories and maintain a prioritized product backlog
  • Comfortable participating in agile/scrum ceremonies and collaborating with technical teams

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary Product Owner for sales-related business processes within Salesforce
  • Analyze, map, and optimize end-to-end sales workflows across integrated systems for scalability and efficiency
  • Collaborate with Data Owners and Salesforce technical experts to design and implement process improvements
  • Maintain and enhance business process documentation for the Sales organization
  • Participate in strategic initiatives led by Revenue Operations, providing Salesforce expertise and guidance
  • Translate business requirements into clear user stories and maintain a prioritized development backlog
  • Advocate for data quality, governance, and alignment with overall business strategy
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce platform capabilities and integrated sales tools, recommending enhancements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting, operational, and pipeline management needs
