About The Position

As a Product Owner specializing in Salesforce, you will act as the strategic bridge between client business goals, technical solution design, and delivery teams. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to define, build, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that align with client objectives. You will guide stakeholders through discovery, design, and delivery, ensuring solutions are both technically robust and business-focused. This position offers the opportunity to shape end-to-end product visions, collaborate with executive leadership, and deliver measurable impact across complex engagements. You will be responsible for fostering alignment, enabling effective communication across global teams, and driving innovative solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience designing complex Salesforce solutions using both out-of-the-box and custom features
  • 4+ years of professional services or consulting experience leading strategic engagements
  • Demonstrated success facilitating discovery workshops and aligning client business needs with solution strategies
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative tools and managing development teams across multiple time zones
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing technical documentation and client-facing materials
  • Experience presenting to C-suite stakeholders and leading enterprise-level initiatives
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and multiple Salesforce certifications (App Builder, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce Specialist)
  • Experience leading teams using Agile frameworks, including backlog management, sprint planning, and demos

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing $1M+ programs or large enterprise initiatives
  • Knowledge of managed package development and AppExchange
  • Familiarity with user-centered design principles and Salesforce Lightning Design System
  • Additional certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP®)

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end solution vision for Salesforce engagements across multiple client stakeholders and internal teams
  • Build trusted relationships with executive and technical stakeholders, aligning business goals with technical strategy
  • Advise on Salesforce platform capabilities, balancing declarative and custom solutions for scalable outcomes
  • Collaborate with Technical Architects, UX Designers, and Developers to deliver cohesive solutions
  • Lead teams through Agile execution, including defining technical critical paths, writing user stories, and running sprint demos
  • Guide clients through onboarding and enablement, ensuring adoption of implemented solutions
  • Identify opportunities for future project phases and continuous improvement outside of immediate scope
