Salesforce/nCino Administrator
About The Position
AgTrust is seeking a highly motivated Salesforce/nCino Administrator to support the administration, configuration, optimization, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce and nCino platforms. In this role, you'll serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technology - gathering requirements, configuring solutions, and helping teams across lending, credit, operations, finance, and customer relationship management get the most out of our enterprise platforms. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 3-5 years of Salesforce administration experience
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities
- Business process analysis and requirements gathering
- Reporting and dashboard development
- Stakeholder facilitation and communication
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Nice To Haves
- Experience in financial services, banking, lending, or Farm Credit
- Experience with Agile project delivery methodologies
- Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
- Experience with nCino (Preferred)
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Business Analyst Certification (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Administer and support Salesforce and nCino applications, including users, profiles, and permissions
- Configure custom fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, and approval processes
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across the organization
- Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce and nCino solutions
- Support data quality initiatives, including imports, exports, and audits
- Participate in testing, release management, and system upgrades
- Create training materials and support user adoption across the organization
