About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud Architect to join our dynamic consulting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud, with a focus on transformations and consulting. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing and data processes and the ability to design and implement innovative solutions that drive business success. As a Solution/Delivery Architect, you will be responsible for the application or domain architecture of a solution, including its assembly and integration into the existing landscape. You will define the structure of the system, its interfaces, and the implementation, and manage and mitigate technical risks to ensure solution services can be delivered by the chosen technology components.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud implementation and consulting.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and data processes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud certifications are highly desirable.
  • Capgemini Architects certification level 1 or 2, relevant security certifications, IAF and/or industry certifications such as TOGAF 9 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud solutions for clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices, including data modeling, integration, and security.
  • Drive transformation initiatives by leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud to improve customer engagement, streamline operations, and enhance data-driven decision-making.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud capabilities and best practices.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud features and industry trends to continuously improve our service offerings.
  • Responsible for the application or domain architecture of a solution, including its assembly and integration into the existing landscape.
  • In alignment with the principles, define the structure of the system, its interfaces, and the implementation.
  • Responsible for the management and mitigation of technical risks, ensuring that the solution services can be delivered by the chosen technology components.
