About The Position

This role focuses on building and managing email and SMS campaigns, creating customer journeys, and developing automations within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The specialist will leverage tools like Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio, and utilize AMPScript, SQL, and SSJS to deliver dynamic customer experiences. The position involves working with Data Cloud for audience activation and personalization, running A/B tests to improve campaign performance, and monitoring campaign health. Additionally, the role supports the onboarding of new brands and data sources, collaborates with marketing and technology teams, and ensures high standards of QA, compliance, and execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
  • Strong experience with Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio
  • Experience building audience segments, data extensions, and automated marketing workflows
  • Working knowledge of AMPScript, SQL, and SSJS
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects without sacrificing quality

  • Marketing Cloud Consultant or Developer Certification
  • Salesforce AI Associate Certification
  • Data Cloud experience
  • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries
