An experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer is needed to assist clients in implementing and optimizing Marketing Cloud solutions to meet their specific marketing goals.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience designing, developing and leading the implementation of solutions with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer
Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and data orchestration tools
Knowledge of marketing analytics and attribution models
Experience with agile project management methodologies
Background in digital marketing strategy or marketing operations
Understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
Familiarity with customer experience design principles
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification
Data Cloud Experience

Responsibilities

Assess client business requirements and develop strategic Marketing Cloud implementation roadmaps
Design and architect end-to-end marketing automation solutions tailored to client needs
Configure Marketing Cloud instances including data extensions, automations, and journeys
Develop strategic campaign frameworks and customer journey orchestration approaches
Lead discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders
Create detailed solution design documents, technical specifications, and project documentation
Provide best practice recommendations for email marketing, mobile messaging, and customer engagement
Partner with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of Marketing Cloud solutions
