About The Position

This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Client Data Cloud architecture and customer data models. The position involves building and managing data ingestion pipelines from various enterprise systems, configuring Data Cloud features, and implementing unified customer profiles. Additionally, the role requires designing and implementing Marketing Cloud solutions, developing personalized customer engagement campaigns, and supporting campaign analytics.

Requirements

2+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent technical field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience with developing, configuring, and deploying applications on Microsoft Azure or any other cloud platform.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain Client Data Cloud architecture and customer data models.
Build and manage data ingestion pipelines from multiple enterprise systems, including CRM, claims, enrollment, web, mobile, and third-party data sources.
Configure Data Streams, Data Model Objects (DMOs), Data Lake Objects (DLOs), Calculated Insights, and Identity Resolution rules.
Implement unified customer profiles and customer 360 capabilities across enterprise systems.
Develop audience segmentation strategies and activation frameworks for personalized customer experiences.
Configure consent management and customer data governance solutions.
Monitor and optimize Data Cloud performance, scalability, and data quality.
Design and implement Marketing Cloud solutions including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Audience Builder.
Develop personalized customer engagement campaigns using Data Cloud audiences.
Configure and maintain automated customer journeys and real-time activation use cases.
Integrate Marketing Cloud with Client Data Cloud, CRM systems, and external platforms.
Support campaign analytics, customer engagement reporting, and attribution models.
