Salesforce Implementation Architect
About The Position
Salesforce Data Solutions Architecture designs, builds, and proves enterprise data and AI solutions using Salesforce technologies, including Data 360, Tableau, Agentforce, MuleSoft, Slack, Marketing Cloud Next, and the core Salesforce platform. The team needs hands-on production experience to help meet growing demand. This role proves designs in working systems, documents where Salesforce products fall short, and recommends alternatives when appropriate. The architect will build reference implementations, address production challenges involving identity, access control, consent, governance, multi-region deployment, and reliability, and create governed data products and semantic models for analytics and AI agents. The role also compares Salesforce with alternatives such as Snowflake against tested requirements, documents decisions and reusable patterns, and mentors architects and engineers.
Requirements
- Several years of experience delivering complex enterprise implementations on Data 360 and the Salesforce platform in production.
- Working knowledge of at least two of Tableau, MuleSoft, Agentforce, Slack, and Marketing Cloud Next.
- Strong grounding in data architecture, security, governance, and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake.
- Hands-on skill with APIs, infrastructure-as-code, and testing.
- Credibility to advise senior leaders.
