About The Position

The Experience Salesforce Data Solutions Architecture team designs, builds, and proves enterprise data and AI solutions using Salesforce technologies, including Data 360, Tableau, Agentforce, MuleSoft, Slack, and Marketing Cloud Next. This hands-on role delivers working reference implementations and production solutions, addresses the limits of Salesforce products by documenting gaps and recommending alternatives, and shares practical implementation experience across the team. The architect also builds governed data products and semantic models for analytics and AI agents, compares platforms such as Salesforce and Snowflake against tested requirements, documents decisions and reusable patterns, and mentors architects and engineers.

Requirements

Several years delivering complex enterprise implementations on Data 360 and the Salesforce platform in production.
Working knowledge of at least two of Tableau, MuleSoft, Agentforce, Slack, and Marketing Cloud Next.
Strong grounding in data architecture, security, governance, and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake.
Hands-on skill with APIs, infrastructure-as-code, and testing.
Credibility to advise senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Design and build reference implementations across Data 360, Tableau, Agentforce, MuleSoft, Slack, Marketing Cloud Next, and the core Salesforce platform.
Solve production challenges involving identity, access control, consent, governance, multi-region deployment, and reliability.
Build governed data products and semantic models for analytics and AI agents.
Compare Salesforce with alternatives such as Snowflake based on tested requirements.
Document product limitations, architectural decisions, recommendations, and reusable patterns.
Mentor architects and engineers.
Advise senior leaders.
