Salesforce Functional Analyst
About The Position
As part of a CRM transformation program in wealth management, a financial services organization is implementing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. A Functional Analyst is sought to bridge the gap between business needs and the Salesforce solution, within a multidisciplinary team. The role encompasses facilitating business workshops (scoping, design), documenting Salesforce functional requirements (user stories, epics), analyzing FSC processes (lead conversion, opportunity management, activities, and appointments), modeling as-is and to-be processes, contributing to the backlog with the Product Owner, and supporting the configuration and testing teams through to user adoption.
Requirements
- Delivered functional analysis projects on Salesforce (FSC, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud) in a financial, banking, or insurance context
- Knowledge of the Salesforce data model (Account, Household, Financial Account)
- Ability to work in an agile environment with multidisciplinary teams
- Versatile (T-shaped) profile, ready to contribute to configuration and adoption
