About The Position

This position is for a Salesforce Experience Cloud Certified Developer for the State of Arizona - AZDES - DTS. The role is hybrid, requiring in-office presence about once a week, possibly twice if needed. The developer will lead the end-to-end architecture of Experience Cloud sites and must have this experience listed on their resume. The role requires 8+ years as a Salesforce Developer and a Salesforce Experience Cloud Certification is mandatory.

Requirements

8+ years as a Salesforce Developer
Salesforce Experience Cloud Certification (MUST HAVE TO SUBMIT)
Lead the end-to-end architecture of Experience Cloud sites (Must be on Resume, can't assume this experience)
8+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 4+ years specifically dedicated to Experience Cloud (formerly Communities).
LWR Mastery: Deep understanding of the Lightning Web Runtime (LWR) and its impact on performance and SEO.
Development Stack: Expert proficiency in LWC, Apex, JavaScript (ES6+), CSS/SLDS, and HTML5.
Modern Tools: Experience with Salesforce CLI, SFDX, and modern DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end architecture of Experience Cloud sites, selecting between LWR and Aura templates based on performance and SEO needs.
Design robust security models using External Identity, SSO, and complex sharing mechanisms (Account Relationship Data Sharing, Apex Managed Sharing).
Define the branching strategy and CI/CD pipelines specifically for Experience Cloud metadata.
Build modular, high-performance Lightning Web Components specifically optimized for the LWR framework.
Implement Audience Targeting and Salesforce CMS to deliver hyper-personalized content journeys.
Design sophisticated workflows using Headless Flows and asynchronous Apex to handle high-volume external user transactions.
Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud to surface unified customer profiles within the community for a 360-degree experience.
Develop and maintain integrations with external systems (ERP, AWS, Marketing Cloud) via REST/SOAP and Named Credentials.
Enforce strict coding standards to ensure governor limit compliance and scalability.
Present technical roadmaps to C-suite executives and translate business requirements into technical user stories.
