Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II preferred.
  • Experience with Service Cloud; Agentforce or AI-enabled service tooling experience a plus.
  • Prior experience delivering in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Government contracting experience with a professional services/consulting organization a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and develop Service Cloud and Agentforce Voice features per designs approved by the Salesforce Lead Engineer.
  • Build and unit-test Salesforce components supporting contact-center and loan-servicing use cases.
  • Support integration testing with MuleSoft flows connecting Salesforce to Snowflake and legacy systems.
  • Participate in two-week sprint ceremonies, including planning, review, and retrospective.
  • Document configuration and support user acceptance testing sessions with client stakeholders.
  • Assist with release deployment and post-release support under the Lead Engineer's release management process.
