We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Salesforce Enablement & Training Specialist to support onboarding, training, content management, and the continuous optimization of our sales processes. This role works closely with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Salesforce Admins to ensure sellers have the tools, knowledge, and resources to be productive and successful. You will be responsible for building training materials, maintaining documentation, managing content systems, and supporting sales readiness across the organization.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in Sales Enablement, Sales Ops, or related roles
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to create training and documentation
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and sales technology stacks
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, or GTM teams
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Hubspot, D365 or similar tools
  • Strong writing and instructional design skills
  • Strong documentation and SOP-writing skills
  • Experience designing or delivering training programs for sales teams

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and coordinate onboarding for new sales hires
  • Develop training materials, playbooks, quick-reference guides, and SOPs
  • Support ongoing sales training programs (product, tools, messaging, process)
  • Partner with internal teams to keep materials up to date
  • Support tool adoption (Salesforce, D365, TaskRay, etc.)
  • Create enablement content for tool usage and best practices
  • Monitor adoption metrics and help resolve barriers
  • Own and maintain enablement content across systems
  • Organize and standardize documentation for easy access
  • Ensure version control and ensure content aligns with organization vision and strategy
  • Partner with Revenue Operations and other internal stakeholders on process rollouts
  • Translate process changes into clear training and communication materials
  • Gather feedback from sellers and identify improvement opportunities
  • Assist with monthly readiness sessions, SKO content, and leadership updates
  • Conduct surveys to identify gaps in knowledge and tool adoption
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams on new initiatives and rollouts
