The Client Success Manager will serve as the go-to enablement resource for our financial institution (FI) clients and their small to mid-sized business (SMB) partners. This client-facing role is responsible for identifying needs, building enablement strategies, and executing comprehensive training solutions to empower partners and drive success. This person will work cross-functionally with internal teams—sales, marketing, and product—to ensure that clients have the tools, insights, and support to effectively activate, sell, and promote Fiserv products. From building and delivering training materials to facilitating white-glove onboarding, this individual is a key player in delivering impactful experiences and growing client relationships. This role is part of our Fiserv Consulting group, Fiserv is a global fintech and payments company with solutions for banking, global commerce, merchant aquiring, bill and payments, and point-of-sale.
