About The Position

The Salesforce DevOps Engineer will own and strategically manage the Copado platform and Salesforce DevOps ecosystem, ensuring stability, scalability, and high adoption across development teams. This role involves providing governance over DevOps pipelines and release management, leading to efficient, reliable, and timely deployments while minimizing operational risk. The engineer will also lead Copado configuration, customization, upgrades, and issue resolution, acting as the subject matter expert. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enable best-in-class DevOps practices, continuous evaluation of Salesforce DevOps innovations, and identification of opportunities for application optimization are key aspects of this position. Establishing and maintaining clear documentation, governance, and operating standards is also crucial for sustainable, repeatable delivery at scale.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing and maintaining Copado implementations.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps principles and best practices.
  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps and release management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce development and deployment processes.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years Salesforce DevOps Experience.
  • Salesforce Certified Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect, Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA), Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Copado Certified Fundamentals I.

  • Establish and maintain clear documentation, governance, and operating standards to support sustainable, repeatable delivery at scale.
