This role involves developing, customizing, and enhancing Salesforce applications using a variety of tools and technologies including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Omnistudio Components (Flexcards, Omniscripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures). The developer will also be responsible for code reviews, serving as a technical lead, and building/maintaining integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and integration tools like Mulesoft. Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD tools (Gearset/Copado), and version control systems is essential. Proficiency with Salesforce data loader and workbench is required. The role includes working with business personnel to define and approve requirements, performing impact analyses, assisting with design reviews, and supporting software deployment tasks in non-production and production environments. Additionally, the developer will perform Salesforce administrative tasks such as user support, data management, defining security standards, system configuration, data analytics, and process automation.
