About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. This role involves developing, customizing, and enhancing Salesforce applications using a variety of tools and technologies including Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Omnistudio Components. The developer will also be responsible for building and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and external systems, understanding DevOps practices, and performing Salesforce administration tasks. This position requires a strong understanding of the Omnistudio platform, particularly within the public sector, and experience with Experience Cloud sites.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in the Omnistudio platform.
  • 5+ years of experience with Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Salesforce APIs, LWCs.
  • Salesforce Developer Certifications (PDI/PDII) are required.
  • Experience in developing Experience Cloud sites.
  • Experience migrating data or designing new solutions on Salesforce OmniStudio Public Sector Foundation platform.
  • Ability to guide teams to resolve issues related to Salesforce Omnistudio public sector foundation product.

Nice To Haves

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience working on public sector solutions (Grants Management).

Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Omnistudio Components (Flexcards, Omniscripts, DataRaptors, Integrations Procedures).
  • Perform code reviews and serve as a technical lead as assigned.
  • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and integration tools (e.g., Mulesoft).
  • Understand DevOps practices, CI/CD (Gearset / Copado etc.), and version control systems.
  • Utilize Salesforce data loader, workbench, and similar tools.
  • Ensure requirements are defined and approved, perform code reviews, and ensure agency application development standards are met.
  • Collaborate with business area personnel to ensure requirements are thoroughly defined and approved.
  • Perform impact analyses to identify interdependencies and assist with design reviews.
  • Perform Salesforce admin tasks such as user support, data management, defining security standards, system configuration, data analytics, and automating processes.
  • Support software deployment tasks in non-production and production environments.
