About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. This onsite role involves designing, developing, and maintaining custom Salesforce solutions, building and optimizing automation, and collaborating with business stakeholders to translate workflows into scalable CRM configurations. You will also support integrations, manage CI/CD deployments, conduct code reviews, and participate in Agile sprints.

Requirements

6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flow automation
Service Cloud experience required
Experience with Salesforce DevOps tooling (Copado, AutoRABIT, Flosum, or similar)
Familiarity with Salesforce security models — profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, sharing rules
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required
Excellent communication skills — ability to work directly with business stakeholders onsite

Nice To Haves

Sales Cloud experience a plus
Experience in financial services, insurance, or wealth management environments preferred
PD2 or Service Cloud Specialist a strong plus

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Build and optimize automation using Flows, Batch Apex, and Scheduled jobs to support high-volume financial services operations
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate advisor and operational workflows into scalable CRM configurations
Support and enhance integrations between Salesforce and external platforms
Manage CI/CD deployments and maintain release governance using tools such as Copado, AutoRABIT, or equivalent
Conduct code reviews, enforce platform best practices, and maintain governor limit compliance
Participate in Agile sprints alongside product owners, QA, and business analysts
