About The Position

This role involves application development activities, including requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce, Force.com, object-oriented programming, and Client Server technologies. The developer will be responsible for documenting application specifications and solutions, coding solutions to specifications, leading design sessions, identifying and implementing appropriate testing strategies, executing deployment steps, and identifying and resolving gaps between current and desired states.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related technical field
• Seven (7) years + of experience in application development activities, including requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation with emphasis on Salesforce, Force.com, object-oriented programming, and Client Server technologies
• Experience in the Salesforce declarative environment
• Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience
• Experience with Salesforce Web Services APIs – Force.com, SOAP, REST-based Web Service APIs, the Bulk API, and the Metadata API
• Salesforce developer or admin track certifications

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Java, J2EE, JSP, JavaScript, and Oracle is preferable
• Experience with Agile development
