About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Salesforce CRM, including Sales, Service, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will have significant technical and/or business process consulting experience, with extremely strong written and oral communication and presentation skills. This role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to implement and support Salesforce solutions, focusing on declarative programming, Apex, LWC, and Data Cloud implementations. You will also provide guidance on Salesforce architecture and development processes.

Requirements

7+ years of Salesforce CRM industry experience.
5+ years of Salesforce declarative, custom Apex development, LWC, and SOQL experience.
Proven experience delivering at least 1-2 end-to-end Salesforce Data Cloud implementations.
Expertise providing solution architecture on Sales, Service Cloud.
Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems.
Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, OR equivalent education/experience.
Strong experience with Salesforce CRM including Sales, Service, Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
Strong Implementation skills using declarative programming.
Strong CDP / Data Cloud implementation experience. Expertise in segmentation activation, RFM analysis, and CLV. Experience with zero-copy or zero-ETL architecture for Data Cloud.
Strong skills on Apex programming, Triggers, writing Test Classes, Batch Processes and building LWC components, Apex Code for integration including using Platform Events, Flows, User Security etc.
Strong experience in Sales Cloud with Opportunity, Products, Service Contracts.
Strong collaboration skills, including closely working with offshore teams to manage dependencies and maintain alignment.
Significant technical and/or business process consulting experience.
Extremely strong written and oral communication and presentation skills are required.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Experience cloud is preferred.
Familiarity with Revenue Cloud is good add-on.

Responsibilities

Implement Salesforce solutions using declarative programming.
Leverage strong CDP / Data Cloud implementation experience, including segmentation activation, RFM analysis, and CLV.
Utilize zero-copy or zero-ETL architecture for Data Cloud.
Develop using Apex programming, Triggers, Test Classes, Batch Processes, and LWC components.
Build Apex Code for integration using Platform Events, Flows, and User Security.
Work with Sales Cloud, including Opportunity, Products, and Service Contracts.
Collaborate with Technology Solution Architects, Salesforce Data Developers, and 3rd party providers in an Agile sprint-based fashion.
Provide support, training, and coaching on dev processes, methodology, and Salesforce architecture.
Assist in defining, developing, and implementing the client's Salesforce strategy.
Develop re-usable Apex applications for internal and customer use.
Collaborate closely with offshore teams to manage dependencies and maintain alignment.
