About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Salesforce Developer to develop and deliver secure Salesforce solutions. As a key member of our Salesforce team, you will develop Salesforce solutions aligned to organizational goals using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and other platform tools. You will integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems to ensure secure, seamless data flow and high system performance. You will customize and configure Salesforce, ensuring alignment with compliance and security standards. You will participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. You will contribute to Agile ceremonies and help drive iterative value delivery using Agile and LeSS methodologies. You will remain current on Salesforce trends, development practices, and platform advancements to proactively inform architecture decisions. You will ensure all code and configurations are clean, secure, testable, and maintainable; support automated testing efforts to maintain quality.

Requirements

• Experience in Salesforce platform development including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and Flow is strongly desired.
• Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud.
