About The Position

Recruiting for a Salesforce Developer with agile methodology experience to join our team. This role involves developing APEX code and triggers, automating complex business processes, writing test classes, performing CI/CD activities, debugging and troubleshooting the existing code base, and serving as the primary system administrator for the enterprise Salesforce.com environment. The position also includes managing data updates with Salesforce Data Loader, handling integrations, coordinating new development requests, establishing administrative and change management processes, and assisting with user training to enhance Salesforce.com skills across the organization.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass CBP background investigation (includes 3-year check for felony convictions, 1-year check for illegal drug use, 1-year check for misconduct such as theft or fraud)
  • College degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems or a related discipline. Equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of degree
  • Minimum three years of experience as a Salesforce.com developer
  • Salesforce.com developer certifications
  • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom components to meet user requirements
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality

Responsibilities

  • Develop APEX code and triggers
  • Automate complex business processes with Salesforce Flow Builder
  • Develop test classes to ensure minimum 75% code coverage
  • Perform CI/CD activities
  • Debug existing code base and take necessary corrective actions
  • Troubleshoot production issues and determine root cause
  • Serve as primary system administrator for the enterprise Salesforce.com environment
  • Work with Salesforce Data Loader for data updates
  • Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests
  • Work with our institutional management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative development, and change management activities
  • Assist in training new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
