About The Position

Softeta is a software engineering partner for finance, energy, industrial, and other high-stakes sectors. We specialise in building and modernising backend-heavy, integration-critical systems. With 100+ AI and custom software experts across engineering hubs in Lithuania and Poland, we deliver software, automation, and AI solutions for clients such as SEB, NordVPN, and CarVertical. We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong configuration and custom development skills. You will translate business needs into reliable Salesforce solutions, working closely with technical teams and business stakeholders. Experience in financial services would be an advantage.

Requirements

Solid hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration and custom development.
Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce development tools.
Experience with Salesforce objects, Flows, validation rules, and access controls.
Understanding of API integrations, testing, and version control.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

Configure and customise Salesforce to support business processes and user needs.
Develop and maintain custom functionality using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
Build and improve integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and design technical solutions.
Test, troubleshoot, and optimise solutions for reliability, security, and performance.
Contribute to code reviews, deployments, and technical documentation.
