We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement custom applications on the Salesforce platform using modern web technologies. This role requires hands-on experience with Salesforce development, strong front-end capabilities, service-oriented architecture knowledge, and the ability to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment. A full-time hybrid position based in Israel.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with the Force.com developer toolkit, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Force.com IDE, Force.com Migration Tool, Web Services/SOA, and Metadata APIs.
• Proven experience using AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Base44, Agentforce vibes, automated code reviews, and unit test creation.
• Proficiency with front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Service-Oriented Architecture principles and Web Services.
• Experience developing custom applications on the Salesforce platform using modern web technologies.
• Minimum 3 years of application design and development experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills with a creative and flexible mindset.
• High sense of ownership and commitment to delivering quality software on time.
• Strong commitment to customer service, employee efficiency, and company growth.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience with data migration and ETL/integration tools.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS, React, or Ember.
• Familiarity with OOP programming and languages, especially Java or C#.
• Database and data-modeling knowledge, including SQL, NoSQL, and schema design.
• Experience implementing business functionality in a testable form.
• Ability to build storyboards to conceptualize designs and convey project plans to users and management.
• Experience developing concepts for improving user experience across business web pages or products.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
• Familiarity with usability testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and modern web technologies.
• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions while following best practices and key design principles.
• Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and agile development teams to define features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Build high-quality, testable code using appropriate development tools, AI-assisted development tools, automated code reviews, and unit test creation.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using Web Services, SOA principles, Metadata APIs, and integration tools.
• Collaborate with other developers to ensure solutions are functional, visually appealing, and aligned with user and business needs.
• Use analytics and feedback to improve user experience, system adoption, and overall solution effectiveness.
