About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer, local to Phoenix, to lead the architectural design and technical development of our Experience Cloud sites. This role involves hands-on leadership in building advanced Lightning Web Components, implementing personalization strategies, and integrating with various Salesforce and external systems. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior developers, enforcing coding standards, and presenting technical roadmaps to C-suite executives.

Requirements

Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly called Community Cloud)
Deep understanding of the Lightning Web Runtime (LWR) and its impact on performance and SEO.
Experience with Salesforce CLI, SFDX
Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end architecture of Experience Cloud sites, selecting between LWR and Aura templates based on performance and SEO needs.
Design robust security models using External Identity, SSO, and complex sharing mechanisms (Account Relationship Data Sharing, Apex Managed Sharing).
Define the branching strategy and CI/CD pipelines specifically for Experience Cloud metadata.
Build modular, high-performance Lightning Web Components specifically optimized for the LWR framework.
Implement Audience Targeting and Salesforce CMS to deliver hyper-personalized content journeys.
Design sophisticated workflows using Headless Flows and asynchronous Apex to handle high-volume external user transactions.
Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud to surface unified customer profiles within the community for a 360-degree experience.
Develop and maintain integrations with external systems (ERP, AWS, Marketing Cloud) via REST/SOAP and Named Credentials.
Enforce strict coding standards to ensure governor limit compliance and scalability through code reviews.
Present technical roadmaps to C-suite executives and translate business requirements into technical user stories.
