About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Salesforce CRM, including Sales, Service, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. The role involves implementing solutions using declarative programming and Apex, building Lightning Web Components (LWC), and developing Apex code for integrations. You will work closely with clients and offshore teams in an Agile environment, providing support, training, and contributing to the client's Salesforce strategy. Experience with Data Cloud, including segmentation activation, RFM analysis, CLV, and zero-copy/zero-ETL architecture, is crucial. Familiarity with Experience Cloud and Revenue Cloud is also beneficial.

Requirements

Strong experience with Salesforce CRM including Sales, Service, Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
Strong Implementation skills using declarative programming.
Strong CDP / Data Cloud implementation experience. Expertise in segmentation activation, RFM analysis, and CLV. Experience with zero-copy or zero-ETL architecture for Data Cloud.
Strong skills on Apex programming, Triggers, writing Test Classes, Batch Processes and building LWC components, Apex Code for integration including using Platform Events, Flows, User Security etc.
Strong experience in Sales Cloud with Opportunity, Products, Service Contracts.
Significant technical and/or business process consulting experience.
Extremely strong written and oral communication and presentation skills are required.
7+ years of Salesforce CRM industry experience.
5+ years of Salesforce declarative, custom apex development, LWC and SOQL experience.
Proven experience delivering at least 1-2 end-to-end Salesforce Data Cloud implementations.
Expertise providing solution architecture on Sales, Service Cloud.
Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems.
Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, OR equivalent education/experience.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Experience cloud is preferred.
Familiarity with Revenue Cloud is good add-on.

Responsibilities

Implement Salesforce solutions using declarative programming.
Develop and maintain Apex programming, Triggers, Test Classes, and Batch Processes.
Build Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex Code for integrations.
Utilize Platform Events, Flows, and User Security in development.
Leverage strong experience in Sales Cloud, including Opportunity, Products, and Service Contracts.
Collaborate with Technology Solution Architects, Salesforce Data Developers, and 3rd party providers in an Agile sprint-based fashion.
Provide support, training, and coaching on development processes, methodology, and Salesforce architecture.
Assist in defining, developing, and implementing the client's Salesforce strategy.
Develop re-usable Apex applications for internal and customer use.
Collaborate closely with offshore teams to manage dependencies and maintain alignment.
