About The Position

The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for simplifying processes, unifying tasks, reducing similar project work, and removing obstacles to promote business success. This role involves leading the technical design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, integrations, and workflow automations. The developer will translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, collaborate with various teams, and ensure the quality and maintainability of delivered solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform, with a focus on complex solutions and integrations.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and additional modules preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Developer and/or Architect certifications strongly preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Understanding of data migration, data modeling, and data management best practices.
  • Background in integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications (ERP, marketing automation, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, integrations, and workflow automations.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
  • Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, Visualforce pages, and other Salesforce-specific technologies.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.
  • Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of all Salesforce solutions delivered.
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, releases, and best practices; proactively recommend improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide ongoing support for Salesforce applications.
  • Document technical designs, processes, and procedures; ensure compliance with corporate standards.
