About The Position

Intealth is seeking a Salesforce Developer II to join our collaborative and agile technology team. This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented developer who is passionate about building high-quality solutions that support critical business functions. You will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of Salesforce-based applications while working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Salesforce development experience
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, architecture, and APIs
  • Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (Node, Angular, or React preferred)
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, SQL, and related technologies
  • Familiarity with source control tools (GitHub, Bitbucket, TFS)
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Salesforce DX, ANT)
  • Understanding of relational databases and data modeling
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a complex environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft)
  • Experience with Service Cloud and case management preferred
  • Ability to mentor junior developers and share best practices

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions
  • Maintain and enhance existing applications to meet evolving business needs
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and stand-ups
  • Write and execute unit tests, support overall testing efforts
  • Perform code reviews and contribute to technical design discussions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions
  • Support production environments and manage deployments (CI/CD)
  • Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows
  • Ensure security, data integrity, and compliance with organizational standards
