About The Position

The Salesforce Delivery Lead is a senior individual contributor responsible for end-to-end delivery across projects, enhancements, and application support. This role drives execution, ensures delivery excellence, and provides oversight to vendor and contract teams while maintaining alignment with enterprise standards and governance.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in IT delivery, project/program management, or technical delivery roles
  • Proven experience delivering complex initiatives with multiple workstreams and dependencies
  • Experience managing offshore/onshore vendors and contract resources
  • Experience across both project-based delivery and application support (AD/AMS)
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes
  • Ability to influence and lead without formal authority
  • Strong execution focus with attention to quality and timelines
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Degree or equivalent and typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience. Less years required if has relevant Master’s or Doctorate qualifications.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CRM, Salesforce, or marketing technology platforms
  • Experience in enterprise or regulated environments
  • Familiarity with governance frameworks, PMO standards, and delivery controls
  • PMP, Agile, or equivalent certification

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery across projects, enhancements, and support activities, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, quality, and budget
  • Provide day-to-day direction and oversight to offshore/onshore vendors and contractor resources
  • Track delivery performance, including risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans
  • Coordinate across project and support streams to ensure seamless execution
  • Oversee application support (AD/AMS), ensuring system stability and SLA adherence
  • Balance competing priorities across delivery and support demand
  • Ensure adherence to governance standards, delivery controls, and reporting requirements
  • Provide clear status reporting and communicate delivery health to stakeholders and leadership
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, priorities, and escalations
  • Monitor vendor performance against SOW deliverables and service levels
  • Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and scalability
