Responsibilities

  • Assist when there are compensation discrepancies that need to be looked into, which could result from territory changes, employee changes/turnover, or human errors.
  • Provide support in adjusting B2B rep quotas when documented and approved.
  • Assist with reporting, data validation, and issue resolution.
  • Perform data analysis and data validation.
  • Document processes.
  • Handle account assignments in the compensation tool and SFDC.
