About The Position

Remote Professionals/Nexstema is a fast-growing international recruitment technology company changing the way businesses hire through AI-driven solutions and operational support. We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Salesforce CRM Specialist to take ownership of Salesforce administration, CRM data quality, reporting, sales operations support, and wider operational coordination. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on Salesforce CRM experience who can confidently manage CRM updates, reporting, dashboards, data accuracy, sales processes, and operational follow-through. You will work closely with the Founder and wider team to ensure Salesforce is accurate, useful, and consistently maintained. You will also support connected Salesforce tools, sales engagement platforms, reporting, recruitment coordination, and day-to-day business operations. This is not a junior admin role. We need someone who has worked extensively with CRM systems, understands sales and operational workflows, and can proactively identify issues, clean up data, improve processes, and keep teams accountable.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on Salesforce CRM experience
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, data management, and CRM administration
  • Strong spreadsheet and reporting skills
  • Experience maintaining CRM data accuracy and operational processes
  • Google Workspace: Docs, Sheets, Drive
  • Professional written and verbal English communication
  • Strong administrative, coordination, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Experience working in a professional business environment
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience
  • At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce CRM experience
  • Previous experience in CRM administration, sales operations, business operations, reporting, operations coordination, or related support functions
  • Strong experience maintaining systems, reports, workflows, and data accuracy
  • Accountable, proactive, and delivery-focused
  • Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented
  • Strong attention to detail and process accuracy
  • Enjoys ownership and seeing work through to completion

  • Experience with Salesforce-connected tools, add-ons, integrations, or sales engagement platforms
  • Experience with tools such as Salesloft, Outreach, HubSpot Sales Hub, Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day Salesforce CRM administration, updates, and maintenance
  • Maintain accurate lead, account, contact, opportunity, and pipeline data
  • Support CRM data quality, deduplication, field accuracy, and process compliance
  • Build, update, and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards
  • Identify gaps, errors, delays, or missing information in Salesforce workflows
  • Support Salesforce adoption and help ensure the team is using the CRM correctly
  • Assist with CRM process improvements, documentation, and system cleanup
  • Support sales operations processes across Salesforce and related sales tools
  • Assist with Salesforce-connected tools, add-ons, integrations, and sales engagement platforms
  • Support cadence, sequence, workflow, and activity tracking processes
  • Help monitor lead progression, account activity, follow-ups, and pipeline hygiene
  • Maintain sales trackers, reporting documents, and operational dashboards
  • Support follow-up processes to ensure no key actions are missed
  • Assist with candidate screening and recruitment coordination
  • Schedule interviews and support hiring-related administration
  • Organize candidate information and maintain recruitment trackers
  • Support candidate follow-ups where required
  • Prepare and maintain regular reports, dashboards, spreadsheets, and trackers
  • Monitor operational workflows and highlight delays, risks, or missing actions
  • Support the Founder and team with operational visibility
  • Maintain internal documentation, SOPs, and process notes
  • Provide ad hoc operational support across sales, recruitment, and business functions
  • Keep internal systems, documents, and workflows updated
  • Assist with meeting notes, action items, and follow-through
  • Coordinate across sales, recruitment, operations, and leadership
  • Help create structure in a fast-moving startup environment

Benefits
