About The Position

The Salesforce CRM Developer will deliver technically complex solutions, perform system integration support for all project work, and consult and partner with business product owners to understand the end goal and offer solutions and recommendations during the design phase. This role involves developing customized coding, software integration, performing analysis, and configuring solutions using project-specific tools. The developer will lead and participate in the development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of highly complex solutions, adhering to company standards and including robust unit testing and support for subsequent release testing. Responsibilities also include building non-functional monitoring capabilities, providing escalated support for complex applications in production, and building and maintaining security controls and monitoring in support of company standards. The role typically involves leading moderately complex projects and participating in larger, more complex initiatives, solving complex technical and operational problems, and acting as a resource for less experienced teammates. In an Agile environment, the developer is responsible for delivering high-quality working software, automating manual/reusable tasks, engaging with the business from the beginning of design work, leveraging continuous engineering practices, and actively participating in refining user stories. This includes designing, developing, and maintaining automated unit testing, supporting integration and functional testing, providing automated monitoring capabilities, warranty support, and knowledge transfer to production support, and developing code in accordance with acceptance criteria.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and four to seven years of experience or equivalent education and software engineering training or experience
  • In-depth knowledge in information systems and ability to identify, apply, and implement IT best practices
  • Understanding of key business processes and competitive strategies related to the IT function
  • Ability to plan and manage projects and solve complex problems by applying best practices
  • Ability to provide direction and mentor less experienced teammates. Ability to interpret and convey complex, difficult, or sensitive information

Responsibilities

Responsible for providing automated monitoring capabilities, providing warranty support, and providing knowledge transfer to production support. Develop code in accordance with the acceptance criteria established by the Product Owner.
