About The Position

We're seeking an enthusiastic Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Architect with relevant experience. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop their career in Salesforce technologies, supporting presales initiatives and helping to grow our professional services practice.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Salesforce architecture experience, including 2+ years on Consumer Goods Cloud Retail Execution
  • Proven experience as lead architect delivering at least one end-to-end CG Cloud implementation
  • Deep expertise across CG Cloud capabilities: Visit Planning, Visit Execution, In-Store Tasks, Surveys, Assessments, and Retail Store data model
  • Strong understanding of CG Cloud mobile/offline architecture, sync patterns, and field performance optimization
  • Experience designing enterprise-scale data models, sharing strategies, and territory/route hierarchies
  • Proven integration architecture experience across SAP (S/4 or ECC), Order Management, and Data Cloud ecosystems

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect and System Architect (or on certification path strongly preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Strong background in solution design, architecture governance, and technical decision-making frameworks
  • Hands-on Salesforce platform depth (Apex, APIs, data architecture, release strategy) aligned with enterprise best practices
  • Experience leading design workshops, discovery sessions, and architectural alignment with client stakeholders
  • Strong experience working in Agile delivery models and driving solution documentation and architecture artifacts
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders and guide delivery teams
