About The Position

SMBHD is a boutique Salesforce consulting firm that focuses on small and mid-level businesses, crafting customized solutions. They are looking for self-starting, self-managing team members who can apply their expertise in Salesforce to solve real-life business challenges with practical business savvy and human empathy. As a Salesforce Consultant, you will be a member of the core Salesforce delivery team, focused on delivering Salesforce implementations to clients. You will work on various Salesforce products including Sales, Service, Communities, Platform, and Marketing Clouds, having a major impact on client businesses. You will report to a core project team responsible for a portfolio of projects and delivery. Your role will involve gathering business requirements, defining user stories, and working with a team to configure, set up, and deliver Salesforce to clients. You will gain in-depth knowledge of Salesforce and work with diverse types of businesses.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, MIS or related field.
• 1+ years experience in delivering technology solutions.
• 1+ years configuring and setting up business systems.
• Expert knowledge in Microsoft Excel and database manipulation.
• Proven understanding of the Salesforce Platform, including: MVC architecture, reporting, and automation and flows.
• Exceptional analysis skills.

• 2+ years working with Salesforce
• Existing Salesforce certifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver declarative configurations in Salesforce and related Salesforce products.
• Document user stories and functional requirements.
• Attend client meetings and take detail notes.
• Work closely with other Salesforce Consultants to deliver a quality system to our clients.
• Coordinate and execute data migrations from legacy systems to Salesforce.
