The role is for a Senior Salesforce Consultant, who will work for a client. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration, with a deep understanding of the platform's capabilities and best practices. This role involves leading project teams, designing and implementing solutions, conducting requirement analysis, providing strategic guidance to optimize Salesforce functionalities, mentoring junior consultants, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful project delivery on time and within budget. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and Salesforce certifications are essential.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce customization, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification.
• Proven experience in integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs and middleware tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Willingness to stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet client requirements.
