About The Position

Attain Partners is seeking a Salesforce Consultant to support our Nonprofit clients. This person will be involved in executing on multiple projects for our clients. Our ideal candidate has a post-secondary degree in computer science or a similar field, several years of consulting experience, and experience with Salesforce (SFDC) or a similar CRM software. You also need strong communication skills to help you translate technical concepts for non-technical clients. As a Salesforce Consultant, you will support the full SDLC of a Salesforce Implementation. Leveraging your business acumen, you will discuss what issues the client wants to resolve, gather data about the client’s business processes, translate those needs into a software solution design, and provide feedback to clients about development progress. As part of a team, you will support on-time, high quality software project deliveries, including Analysis, Design, Configuration, Testing, Data Migration and Training.

Requirements

  • 3+ Years Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience in a Business Analyst role
  • Understanding relational databases including data modeling, mapping and/or data conversion.
  • Extensive knowledge & Experience with Salesforce Implementation and hands on configuration experience, inclusive of exposure to a variety of Salesforce products
  • Performed hands-on application configuration with external system integration and data migration.
  • Supported the development and delivery of training.
  • Supported the planning and execution of system UAT.

Nice To Haves

  • Exceptionally self-motivated and directed as well as ability to set and manage priorities preferred
  • Experience in business analysis techniques including requirements analysis, conceptual design, creating detailed design specifications, and quality assurance.
  • Understanding of relational databases including data modeling, mapping and/or data conversion.
  • Presentation skills, superior analytical, written, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to drive results.
  • Ability to succeed in fast-paced, highly collaborative and team-oriented environments supporting multiple client engagements.
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, organizational and workload planning skills
  • Previous consulting experience in Higher Education or Nonprofit a plus.
  • Extensive knowledge & Experience with Salesforce Implementation and hands on configuration experience, inclusive of exposure to a variety of Salesforce products
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, organizational and workload planning skills
  • Working knowledge of Query, reports, tables and master data
