About The Position

Crowe is seeking a Salesforce Consultant and Solutions Architect to join their project team. This role involves bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, working directly with clients to understand requirements, design and configure Salesforce solutions, and support implementation. The position requires hands-on building, client-facing consulting, and application of industry best practices. The role is focused on direct project delivery and leadership, rather than portfolio leadership or primary people management. Consulting at Crowe is a dynamic field focused on solving client problems and serving core markets through innovative solutions. As technology and AI evolve, Crowe looks for curious, adaptable, and eager-to-learn individuals. Consultants are expected to develop both technical and transferable skills, think critically, and leverage technology to address business challenges. Continuous learning, collaboration, and exploring AI capabilities to enhance efficiency and client outcomes are key aspects of this role. Management roles within Crowe involve leading teams, guiding project execution, and deepening client relationships, with expectations to contribute to account planning, identify value-add opportunities, and ensure high-quality delivery. Success is driven by a growth mindset, strong communication, advanced critical thinking, and confidence in navigating new challenges.
