About The Position

We are seeking a strong hands-on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC / Demandware) Lead with proven experience implementing and supporting SFCC using PWA Kit architecture. The ideal candidate will have experience with headless commerce implementations and SFCC SCAPI/OCAPI, along with a strong knowledge of React, Node.js, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks. This role requires experience integrating third-party systems, APIs, and middleware platforms, and a deep understanding of commerce architecture, including checkout flows, cart, promotions, pricing, and customer journeys. Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile delivery models is essential, as is strong troubleshooting and production support experience in enterprise commerce environments. The position also requires experience leading engineering teams and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Requirements
