About The Position

M&S Consulting LLC’s Morgantown, WV, office seeks a Salesforce & Certinia OIM Solutions Architect. This is a hybrid office/work-from-home position within the United States, but the employee must live within commuting distance of the office in Morgantown, West Virginia. Duties include leading discovery sessions to gather and document business requirements for OIM and Salesforce, working closely with business and technical teams to bridge the gap between functional requirements and system capabilities, leading project teams, providing guidance and oversight to ensure the successful execution of deliverables, collaborating with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure business needs are met effectively, and providing guidance on best practices for Certinia OIM and Salesforce solutions to ensure scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Four (4) years of experience in a related Architecting Solution position within the Salesforce Ecosystem
• Four (4) years as a Solution Architect in Certinia OIM/Supply Chain Management (SCM)
• Four (4) years as a Solution Architect in Salesforce
• Four (4) years working with Certinia (FinancialForce) Order & Inventory Management (OIM)/Supply Chain Management (SCM)
• Four (4) years working with Jira and Confluence to manage projects effectively
• Four (4) years writing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Four (4) years translating complex OIM/SCM and Salesforce business needs into structured requirements
• Four (4) years working with agile methodologies and in agile project environments
• Four (4) years supporting end-to-end project delivery
• Four (4) years working with the Salesforce ecosystem and integrations
• Four (4) years working with enterprise-scale ERP, OIM/SCM implementations
• Salesforce Certified as Platform App Builder
• Salesforce Certified as Platform Administrator II
• Salesforce Certified as Platform Developer

Responsibilities
