About The Position

This is a remote position for a Salesforce Business Analyst. The role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce Cloud and CRM functionality, along with expertise in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence. The Business Analyst will act as a liaison between business users and the development team, translating needs into technical requirements and facilitating the Agile development process.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Cloud, CRM functionality, and configuration (custom objects, workflows, validation rules).
• Proven experience running Scrum teams, preferably with certification (CSM or PSM).
• Experience using Jira and Confluence for user stories and project tracking.
• Strong ability to act as a translator between sales/business users and developers.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business needs, turning them into user stories, Epics, and functional requirements within the Salesforce platform.
• Map out process flows and perform impact analysis for enhancements, defects, and configuration changes.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support end-user training to drive adoption.
• Maintain documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and data mapping.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Remove blockers and dependencies, empowering the development team.
• Oversee project planning, delivery timelines, and sprint velocity to ensure timely Salesforce releases.
