This role involves engaging customer stakeholders to understand their desired business outcomes and define success criteria. The analyst will articulate the value of recommended solutions, lead discovery and requirements refinement sessions, and synthesize requirements into user stories and solution design documentation. A key part of the role is performing fit-gap analysis between Salesforce functionality and client requirements, developing innovative Salesforce solutions through declarative configuration, data modeling, integration, and automation. The analyst will also contribute to industry accelerators and thought leadership, draft custom development specifications, manage delivery and testing with development resources, and iterate solutions through an agile cycle with the customer Product Owner. Additionally, the role includes developing training curricula and delivering training sessions, as well as working with the Project Manager to ensure projects stay within scope, budget, and timeline.
