The Senior Market-to-Sales Business Analyst (M2S BA) will help shape, prioritize, and deliver solutions that support the Market to Sales workstream. As a member of the team, this role partners closely with business stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize user stories based on business value, and support the delivery of high-quality solutions. The M2S BA will work daily with agile teams to refine needs, design solutions, and drive predictable delivery in collaboration with business owners, scrum masters, developers, testers, analysts, and external partners. As part of the broader M2S scrum team, the Senior M2S BA actively participates in backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. This role analyzes current and future business needs, translates them into clear solution direction, and works closely with business and agile teams to deliver scalable capabilities that support Market to Sales objectives.
