Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of Salesforce & role experience
• In-depth understanding of the business process
• US citizenship because of federal regulations and the sensitive nature of the work involved with the federal government

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements via our bi-weekly touchpoint sessions with our business owners
• Write user stories via Jira
• Requirements acceptance through facilitating Product Owner to review the requirements/user stories for accuracy and acceptance
• Responsible for user and product documentation
• Responsible for business process mapping
• Responsible for being the synergy between the business and the development side of the project
• Plan, lead, and execute User Acceptance Training (UAT) with business owners
