About The Position

Project Managers are responsible for overseeing the project/engagement/contract/activity on a daily basis and are responsible for delivering high-quality results within the identified objectives and constraints, ensuring the effective use of the allocated resources. They are responsible for risk and issue management, project/engagement communication and stakeholder management.

Requirements

  • 8+ years managing IT projects dealing with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • At least 5 years of Commerce Project Management Experience
  • At least 2 years of Salesforce Commerce Project Management Experience
  • Modified Agile Methodology
  • Demonstrate analytical and qualitative abilities
  • Participation in each phase of at least 5 full Commerce lifecycle implementations
  • Management and successful delivery of all phases of at least 5 Commerce engagements
  • Deep knowledge of/experience with formal delivery methodologies
  • A proven ability to learn new products, develop functional knowledge and apply new skills in a high paced environment
  • Pre-sales experience including presentation skills and ability to demo solutions
  • A strong teamwork ethic is essential

Responsibilities

  • Perform the activities of planning, organising, securing, monitoring and managing the resources and work necessary to deliver specific project goals and objectives in an effective and efficient way.
  • Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Responsible for the deliverables, cost, schedule, and quality of the project.
  • Develops, reviews and approves project plan(s) and scope; ensuring all facets of the project deliverables are met.
  • Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
  • Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
  • Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
  • Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.
  • Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
  • Identifies and manages project risk.
  • Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
  • Reviews the status reports of team members and addresses issues as appropriate.
