About The Position

Our Client is hiring a Senior Salesforce Developer, Level 3 (11-15 years of experience) for a temporary project estimated to last 12+ months with possible extensions. This role requires 100% of the time to be spent at the Client's site in Juno Beach, FL. The position involves designing, developing, and maintaining complex Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, including custom objects, Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, LWC components, and advanced Flow automation. The role also includes developing and maintaining Salesforce integrations with enterprise systems, building and maintaining Salesforce data models, supporting data migration efforts, and leveraging Agentic AI platforms for accelerated code generation and other development tasks. The candidate will integrate Salesforce Einstein AI, Agentforce, and GenAI-enabled flows, and develop solutions adhering to Salesforce governance standards, NERC compliance, and audit-ready documentation requirements. Collaboration with the Tech Lead, Product Owner, and QA leads in Agile ceremonies is also a key responsibility.

Requirements

Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Juno Beach, FL (required)
Experience with Salesforce development including Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, platform events, governor limits, and bulkification patterns [4+ years]
Experience with enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and MuleSoft
Experience with data migration projects including ETL/ELT design, transformation logic, data validation, and cutover execution
Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines in multi-org environments
Experience with Generative AI and/or Agentic AI tools in a software delivery context
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required)

Nice To Haves

Experience in regulated utility, energy, or infrastructure sectors with awareness of NERC compliance and data governance
Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein AI, or Agentforce and AI-enabled workflow development
Experience with Windsurf, Devin, or similar Agentic AI coding platforms
Experience with Documentum, Excalibur, or enterprise content management systems
Experience with multi-vendor offshore/nearshore delivery models
Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (preferred)
Integration Architecture Designer or Data Architecture Designer certification a plus

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain complex Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud including custom objects, Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, LWC components, and advanced Flow automation
Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations with enterprise systems including MuleSoft, SAP, Documentum, and legacy platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and CDC
Build and maintain Salesforce data models and support data migration efforts from legacy platforms including ETL/ELT design, data validation, and cutover execution
Leverage Agentic AI platforms daily for accelerated code generation, test automation, story refinement, and technical documentation
Integrate Salesforce Einstein AI, Agentforce, and GenAI-enabled flows into case management, portal, and automation workflows
Develop solutions adhering to Salesforce governance standards, NERC compliance, and audit-ready documentation requirements
Collaborate with the Tech Lead, Product Owner, and QA leads in Agile ceremonies to deliver sprint-ready work items and mentor junior developers on platform best practices
